Lead Time

All of our products are custom made to order as they are bespoke to you and your vision, your Design Advisor will provide an estimated lead time to you upon ordering. Lead times from placement of order to delivery are from 12 weeks, dependent on Model, fabric selection, demand, seasonal holidays, stock and availability. Awaiting your order is such an exciting time, therefore we endeavour to lovingly create your bespoke products and deliver with care in a timely manner, keeping you updated along the way.

We have a highly skilled, professional in-house delivery team who will deliver your items with care.
Your order will be brought into your ground floor room of choice, unpacked, placed in situ and all packaging taken away; leaving you to relax and enjoy the comfort and luxury of your bespoke designs.
