Start your journey by creating your Design Profile – simply follow the link to answer a few quick questions about your vision, style and budget to get started!

You can upload any relevant plans, layouts, images or fabric inspirations you may have.

Design Advice

A Design Advisor will review your completed profile, to gain a clear understanding of your requirements. 

We'll be in touch first by email to run through your options. If required, we can follow up with a phone call or a complimentary online design advice meeting—whatever works best for you!

Fabric sample service

We offer complimentary fabric samples. With access to thousands of fabrics from luxury UK fabric houses, your design advisor will expertly guide you through options tailored to your style and practical needs.

Once we’re aligned with your vision, budget and lead time, we’ll arrange for selected fabric samples to be delivered straight to your door, which generally arrive within 1 working week - so you can see and feel them in your own space.

Step 4

Quotations

Once you've selected your ideal fabrics and preferred models, we'll provide personalised quotations tailored to your choices.

We can provide numerous quotations based on alternative fabrics or models—helping you compare and make the best decision for your space and budget. 

Step 5

The Bum Test

The Bum Test is a unique service that lets you try our luxurious Chairs & Barstools in your home.

We bring a selection of expertly crafted models to your door, allowing you to see how they look, feel, and complement your space. This convenient service ensures you can choose the perfect products with complete confidence.

*This service does not currently cover the whole of the UK, as we tie in with our delivery routes.

Step 6

Placing Your Order

Once you've finalised your order specifics, you will provided with an accurate production lead time, giving you a clear timeline of how long your order will take to be expertly crafted.

You will receive an email with a the finalised quotation, a payment link, T&C’s and any product associated care guides to complete your order.

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and a delivery contact date, confirming everything is in place and moving forward smoothly.

Step 7

Delivery

When your order is nearly ready, our delivery team will make contact by email to offer a date and approx time window, typically within 2 weeks.


On the day, your driver will text an accurate ETA 1 hour before arrival, and deliver your order to a ground floor room of your choice. We'll unpack and remove all packaging, leaving you to enjoy the luxury and comfort of your bespoke chairs or bar stools.
