We can usually schedule your appointment within one week of your request. Your design advice appointment typically lasts around 30 minutes.
We generally recommend allowing 5 working days for delivery. If you don't find your perfect match first time round you may wish to order further samples until you're completely satisfied with your selection.
As soon as we know you are happy with your chosen models, fabric choices and specifications we can provide you with a tailored quote, this typically happens within 1 working day.
We can usually schedule within two weeks of your Bum Test request. The Bum Test typically lasts 20 minutes.
Just two minutes to finalise your payment—though the timing is entirely up to you. Once payment is received, we’ll immediately begin the process! Your selected fabrics will be ordered, and your chairs will be scheduled for production without delay.
Once your order is processed, we typically advise an average lead time of 12 weeks until it’s ready for despatch. With your specifications confirmed, we’ll order the selected fabrics and schedule your order for production.
Once your chairs are ready for despatch. We’ll reach out to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery typically occurs within two weeks from this point.
