To recommend the perfect chairs, we ask for details like tabletop heights, kitchen island dimensions, and welcome any kitchen plans you may have.
We also consider who will be using the chairs—whether it's a busy family dining room, a sleek meeting space, or a welcoming reception area. By understanding your specific needs, we ensure our suggestions perfectly align with your style and practical requirements.
Finding the perfect colour and finish is easy with our expert guidance. Whether you want chairs that make a statement or blend seamlessly, we consider your room's existing décor to recommend the best options. We always send fabric samples so you can see and feel them at home. We also consider fabric durability, suggesting options that pass rub tests for high-traffic areas, ensuring your chairs are both stylish and long-lasting.
Once you've chosen your fabrics, we can advise on stain treatments and protections to keep your chairs looking their best. Following this we will provide you with a quotation on your chosen fabrics. We can then arrange your complimentary Bum Test, allowing you to try out the models in your home at no cost. This gives you the confidence that you’ve made the right choice in comfort and style.
Additionally, we provide clear guidance on the timeline of your order, so you know exactly what to expect. From fabric selection to delivery, we’re here to ensure the entire process is smooth and tailored to your needs.
